Payment Terms

​Payment is due upon presentation of invoice for monthly and quarterly services.  A 50% deposit is required for annual bookkeeping services prior to work beginning.  The balance is due upon completion and/or delivery of work.  Payment is due at the time of service for all other services.  Invoices will be emailed or presented at the time of the service.  All payments 30 days past due will be subject to a 10% late fee.
